Vendors and exhibitors are welcome to participate on a first come first
serve basis and space available.
Space is limited and will be assigned by the event management. Vendors are those who will be selling merchandise, food or services during the event.
Exhibitors are those who will only have a promotional booth at the event and will not be selling any items or services or collecting money during the event
All vendors and exhibitors must comply with the appropriate agreement. There are fees and commissions associated with participation in Blaine Aviation Days.
An insurance certificate from your carrier must be provided. Names of additional insureds to be listed on the insurance certificate will be provided with the forms.
Vendors must provide a copy of their State Sales Tax certificate.
All vendor or exhibitor applications must be received no later than April 20, 2011 to be considered for participation.
